There are also paid street parking spots available right outside the building. * There’s no laundry in the unit, but a laundromat is just a one-minute walk away 🧺🚶♂️. * The building does not have an elevator, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations ⚠️. * The unit does not have a thermostat; radiators heat the space in winter 🔥, and cooling is available only in the summer ❄️.
